As a care worker at Five Care, you will provide personalised care and support to our clients in their homes. This role is crucial in enabling our clients to maintain their independence and dignity by assisting with daily living tasks, personal care, and companionship.
Provide daily care according to personalised care plans.
Assist clients with personal care tasks, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
Perform household tasks, including cooking, cleaning, and laundry.
Offer companionship and engage in activities that enrich the clients’ lives.
Ensure safety and well-being through continuous monitoring and reporting.
Passion for helping others and making a difference.
Experience in domiciliary care or a related field (preferred but not required).
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently.
A valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle (preferred).
Must pass a background check and have work authorisation.
