DEMENTIA

Our goal at Five Care is to enable those with dementia to continue living their lives to the full in familiar surroundings by enabling our clients to do the things they want to do, go where they want to go and see the people they want to see.

Dementia

At Five Care, we understand that there are many types of dementia conditions and are all associated with ongoing decline of the brains ability to function.

We pride ourselves on supporting those with the diagnosis and their families and friends. It can be an extremely isolating illness and often people around the individual are unsure how to support them or what to say or do.

At Five Care we will support everyone to live as well as is possible with their dementia diagnosis by incorporating regular routines and familiar environments.
